The pump, motor, valve, cylinder and other components are worn, and the resistance of oil is too large. For example, the inner diameter of the pipeline is not compatible with the required flow. Perhaps the valve standard is too small, the energy loss is too large, and there is a heat source nearby. The radiation heat is large. Solution: under the condition of satisfying the operation requirements, try to reduce the pressure to the appropriate pressure and improve the unloading circuit planning;

Check the electric control circuit and corresponding valve action; Lower the unloading pressure; In case of high-pressure small flow and low-pressure large flow, select variable displacement pump, replace large accumulator, repair accumulator, clean or replace oil filter; Add oil to the regular oil level, replace the oil with suitable viscosity, check the cooling water system, replace and repair the solenoid water valve;

Replace and repair electric fans, clean, repair or replace coolers, modify the cooling system or increase the capacity of the oil tank, replace worn components, pipes and valves with appropriate dimensions of the equipment, select reflective plates of thermal insulation materials or change the location; Set ventilation and cooling equipment. Select appropriate operating oil.

The low pressure of the hydraulic pipe locking machine may be caused by improper regulation of the overflow valve. It can regulate the overflow valve to improve the system pressure, which has nothing to do with the rotation speed. The rotation speed of the motor affects the flow of your pump and does not affect your system pressure.
