1. Cleaning of hydraulic cylinder and surrounding environment. The oil tank shall be well sealed. The pipeline and oil tank shall be cleaned to prevent other iron oxide scales and sundries. Special paper shall be used for cleaning. Hemp thread and adhesive shall not be used as sealing materials. The hydraulic oil shall be designed according to the requirements, and the temperature and change of the hydraulic oil shall be noted.

2. Install the gland screws of the hydraulic cylinder block, and the tightening degree shall ensure that the piston moves flexibly in the whole stroke without blocking and uneven weight. If the screw is too tight, it will increase resistance and accelerate wear; Too loose will cause oil leakage.

3. The base of the hydraulic cylinder must have sufficient rigidity, otherwise the cylinder barrel will bow upward during pressurization, causing the piston rod to bend; The piping connection shall be free of looseness.

4. When disassembling and assembling the hydraulic cylinder, the thread at the top of the piston rod, the thread at the cylinder mouth and the surface of the piston rod shall be strictly prevented from being damaged. It is strictly prohibited to knock the cylinder barrel and the surface of the piston with a hammer. If the cylinder hole and the surface of the piston are damaged, it is not allowed to polish them with sandpaper, but carefully grind them with fine oil stone.

5. Before installing the hydraulic cylinder into the system, the parameters on the hydraulic cylinder label shall be compared with the parameters at the time of ordering.

6. For the hydraulic cylinder with exhaust valve or exhaust plug, the exhaust valve or exhaust plug must be installed at the * point to exhaust air.
